Initial Evaluation

Your first appointment is a comprehensive, one-on-one assessment to investigate the root cause of your movement limitations, pain, or dysfunction. It forms the foundation of your individualized treatment plan. We will take a detailed subjective history as well as a thorough physical exam to evaluate areas including mobility, strength, movement strategies, alignment and much more. You will gain an initial understanding of your our recovery strategy as well as a home exercise program to start addressing your goals.

1 Hour Treatment

Following your initial evaluation, a 1 hour follow-up appointment will expand onthe goals of the initial evaluation. Treatment for your condition is the main focus at your follow-up appointments and we will continue to reassess our initial findings from your evaluation. Treatments include neuromuscular reeudcation, joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, neural mobilization as needed, postural reeducation, movement retraining as well as additional techniques as appropriate.

Advanced 90-120 Minute Treatment

This appointment is a great option for individuals with the goal of addressing multiple body regions or to jumpstart treatment sooner in the recovery process. This option is also wonderful for athletes needing to prepare for an upcoming competition or event with heavy physical demands. Additionally a 90-120 minute appointment helps those who may be traveling for lengths at a time and need to expedite the treatment plan in preparation for time away.

In-Home Visits

Life happens. Regardless of the constraints of your situation, in-home visits are an option and can be discussed prior to scheduling. Please reach out directly to arrange these accomodations.

Virtual Visits

Virtual visits offer a convenient way to maintain continuity of care, whether you are a previous patient reestablishing care, or a current patient traveling or spending time at an alternate residence.
